DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
50% is due at time of booking to confirm your charter. The balance of payment is due 10 days prior to departure. Deposits are refundable less a 15% administrative fee until 10 days prior to departure. Charters canceled between 10 days and 48 hours prior to departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Charters canceled 48 hours or less prior to departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and No Shows incur a 100% penalty. Itinerary changes are permitted but are subject to availability of crew and aircraft and are subject to price adjustment.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Entrance requirements vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to determine the proper documentation you will need for your destination according to your citizenship. The terms of this charter include your agreement that SkyBahamas Airlines is not liable for any expenses you incur by being denied entry into the country of your destination.
PARTIAL COMPLETION OF FLIGHTS
Charter Company is not liable for an expense incurred for replacement transportation in the case of mechanical, (in such cases our charges apply only on portions of flight completed). If a flight does not reach its destination due to weather, charges apply to any destination reached and return flight of the aircraft and crew (with or without passengers) to home base. In the case of mechanical, SkyBahamas Airlines may at its option provide substitute transportation, which shall be charged as an additional fee to Charterer. In such cases, SkyBahamas Airlines' original charges apply only on portions of flight completed.
SkyBahamas shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability shall, in any case, be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
